1. What MyDocAE is
MyDocAE is a free informational directory of doctors and hospitals in the United Arab Emirates. Profiles are compiled from hospitals’ public websites. MyDocAE is not a healthcare provider, does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not broker appointments.
2. No medical advice
Content on MyDocAE — including the symptom-to-specialty search — is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician. In an emergency, call 998.
3. Accuracy
We refresh data monthly and correct verified errors, but we cannot guarantee every detail is current. Verify critical information (availability, insurance, fees) with the hospital directly.
4. Reviews & user content
Reviews must reflect a genuine personal visit, may not contain personal data of others, and are moderated before publication. By submitting a review you grant MyDocAE a non-exclusive license to display it. We may remove content that violates these rules.
5. Acceptable use
No scraping at scale, no attempts to disrupt the service, no impersonation, no use of the AI search for anything other than finding a suitable medical specialty.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDocAE is not liable for decisions made based on the information listed here.
